The Fiscal Year 2016 (FY16) Defense Appropriations Act provides $20 million to the Gulf War Illness Research Program (GWIRP) administered by the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) through the Office of Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). The GWIRP has released several mechanisms spanning basic research to clinical trials. This e-mail is to notify the research community of the upcoming deadline for research applications. The pre-application deadline for all funding mechanisms is Friday, July 15, 2016. This is the first step in the application process. Do not miss your opportunity to apply!
